Top 5 OnceHub Alternatives 2025: Best Scheduling Software Compared

OnceHub is one of our competitions as scheduling software and we want to be clear with you. As a scheduling solution it's not so bad… But we're even better.

Calday is the best appointment scheduling tool currently available and it's also one of the most affordable. Our system represents a perfect balance between advanced features that are practical but also easy to use, providing maximum availability to the widest range of people possible.

We are so convinced of the efficacy of the Calday scheduling system we are more than happy to compare ourselves to our competitions, just like OnceHub.

In the latest of our reviews of other scheduling apps, we're pleased to review OnceHub; how it works, its intended users, best features, The pros and The cons, and pricing information.

We'll also provide alternatives to customers currently (or thinking about) using OnceHub. Most importantly, you'll understand why Calendly is the best scheduling software for individuals, small teams, big companies, and more.

OnceHub - Its key points and best features

Oncehub Website

OnceHub is appointment scheduling software designed to be comprehensive, especially for those working in offices or as part of small to medium-sized business teams. The people behind its creation had in mind something that could cut back on the constant back-and-forth of emails and other routine processes.

The end result is that OnceHub contains several different tools under one system. These include automated scheduling, calendar integration, team scheduling, and CRM integration.

Combined with custom notifications and automatic reminders, OnceHub appears to be a great choice. However, it's hyper-specific and difficult to engage with, especially if you are outside its intended audience.

Larger teams will likely find the tool's features to be too limited in scope, whereas individual users will find them too complex to use. It becomes particularly expensive to use as you add more users, so consider other options if money is tight.

Pros
  • Native CRM integration and other essential tools for small businesses
  • Automatic email reminders and follow ups come as standard
  • OnceHub helps medium size teams to scale their meetings as needed
Cons
  • The scheduling links and user interfaces are difficult to interact with
  • The scheduling experience is difficult to set up for new or individual users
  • OnceHub’s policies are expensive and the free plan is extremely basic.

OnceHub pricing

  • A simple free plan that most users will not get much use out of
  • Enterprise planning ranging from $10-$39 per user/seat per month

Calday

OnceHub is good at what it does, but there's simply no comparison to Calday, especially when it comes to being able to schedule meetings simply. For starters, our tool's booking page can be customized to far more detail, making interaction for events and organization easy for everyone involved.

Our tool also integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, and other popular calendar apps, ensuring real-time availability updates. If you have a meeting on Google Meets, for example, it will be automatically linked to your account.

However, this isn't all that Calday offers. We don't need to give you a free trial, as our free-to-use plan is open to everyone needing help with their scheduling. All you need to do is create your own account, and you'll be able to start.

The customization our tool offers, from the booking process to appointment reminders, is nearly limitless. It's more affordable than OnceHub and easier to use too, so make sure you sign up today by following this link.

Pros
  • Calday has an intuitive interface that's easy to use and manage
  • You can personalize meetings, follow ups, booking pages and much more
  • We integrate with all major calendar apps with ease
  • Automatic time zones adjustment is included in our system as standard
Cons
  • We don't use AI... yet! Watch this space
  • You need to sign up for an account to use Calday
  • Our free plan has limited customization options

Calday Pricing

  • We offer a simple to use free plan that allows you to book meetings easily
  • At just $10 a month our premium version has all the customization options you need!

Calendly

Calendly Website
Calendly Website

Calendly is a OnceHub alternative that offers a design that seems simple to use. It’s intuitive, and it can be used to schedule most of your meetings effectively.

Calendly also offers a booking page you can customize with your own details, and you won't miss out on connections as your meetings, whether in person or not, are tracked automatically.

Calendly's integration capabilities are pretty good, and they extend to a wide range of other business tools that are particularly valuable to those working with a large number of clients. These include CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and more

The issue with Calday is that, like OnceHub, it has one intended audience, and it may not provide much value beyond that. It's great for helping you boost your customer conversion rates as an SME, but individual users won't find it as useful.

It's also worth noting that Calendly's pricing plans can be pricey. The paid plans start at $10 a month with limited value, rising to as much as $16 for larger-scale teams.

Pros
  • The Calendly interface is pretty easy to use and schedule meetings with
  • Calendly is one of the better scheduling mobile apps currently available
  • Good third party integration for tools like Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams is included
Cons
  • The basic plans don't offer high-level customization features
  • If clients and sales aren't your first priority this isn't the scheduler for you
  • Calendly demands relatively expensive payments for you to use it.

Calendly Pricing

  • Calendly offers a free basic plan but as you can imagine it's limited
  • Calendly does become expensive, and the enterprise plan can cost up to $15,000!

Doodle Poll

Doodle Website
Doodle Website

The next of the scheduling app alternatives to OnceHub is Doodle Poll, a scheduler that takes a different approach to organising events than the others on this list. This option dispels with the conventional account sign up and booking pages, and is instead based on the polling format.

As a meeting organizer, you start off by setting up a poll with multiple date and time options. These are then sent to intended recipients as forms they can use to indicate their preferred time and place options.

Doodle Polls are incredibly easy to use and manage as the ability to simply set up an event and then publish is great, especially for those who are less technology friendly. This ease of use makes the organization process simple, but as you can imagine, it severely limits its viability for businesses and entrepreneurs.

There's no customisation, automatic appointments, reminders, sales integration, or other advanced features. As such Doodle Poll is only really useful for one off, free to attend events.

Pros
  • Doodle Poll is free to use and very intuitive as well
  • Calendar apps and other third party integrations are included
  • The tool automatically generates forms for recipients to fill in
Cons
  • This type of scheduling software is as basic as it gets
  • You can't organize clients or accept payments with Doodle Poll
  • The app won't let you schedule meetings repeatedly or automatically

Doodle Poll pricing

  • The free plan covers everything you need Doodle Poll to do
  • The paid version costs up to $19.95, but why would you need it?

YouCanBookMe

YouCanBookMe Website
YouCanBookMe Website

Our penultimate alternative to OnceHub is YouCanBookMe, and at first glance you would think that it has all the features required for a good appointments managing system. For example it integrates well with major calendar apps and it can be used by teams as well as by individuals.

We do appreciate how this app's clients can customize their booking pages, especially for those users that deal with a lot of customers regularly. You can also take advantage of custom messages as well, perfect for any business that is trying to make its brand more visible.

However, especially compared to Calday and Calendly, YouCanBookMe's calendar app integrations aren't as extensive as you'd hope. Some of the customisation features are limited as well, but that's not the most concerning feature for us.

YouCanBookMe has received negative feedback for its customer support, something which Calday, conversely, prides itself on. With a reportedly complex to use payments system as well, we recommend looking elsewhere if you need a scheduling team in your pocket.

Pros
  • You can create high quality, customised booking pages
  • The automatic appointments notifications are pretty good
  • It's easy to set up and use the YouCanBookMe system
Cons
  • Some customers have reported poor experiences with customer support
  • YouCanBookMe's billing method is clunky and difficult to use
  • If you want to enter emails you have to do so manually

YouCanBookMe pricing

  • Limited basic plan with one calendar integration per user
  • Premium versions ranging from $9-18 depending on your needs

SavvyCal

SavvyCal Website
SavvyCal Website

The last of our OnceHub alternatives for tracking appointments and other events is SavvyCal; a name that would make Captain Jack Sparrow proud. This one is designed for teams working collaboratively and is particularly useful for those working across different time zones.

The system's visual scheduling interface is especially effective, as it makes it simple to see who is available, when, and what time zones they're working in. It’s a good idea and does help to reduce stress in the workplace.

However, compared to OnceHub and particularly to Calday, the third-party integrations on offer are quite poor. It's also very new to the meeting scheduling industry, which increases the risk of glitches and other technical problems affecting the tool.

Like OnceHub, the pricing system is complicated, and the free trial leaves a lot to be desired. As such, you may want to look elsewhere for a meeting scheduler, especially if you need strong third-party integration features and better custom booking options.

Pros
  • The user interface is excellent, especially compared to OnceHub's
  • Meetings across different time zones are easily managed
  • It's simple to create new and repeated bookings on the system
Cons
  • SavvyCal's pricing is expensive, especially compared to OnceHub and Calday
  • Some syncing issues can affect your repeated appointments
  • Like OnceHub the customisation options can be laborious to set up

Savvycal pricing

  • There's a basic plan with limited features like OnceHub
  • The premium version ranges from $12-20 per month
