Our Story

We spent years building software for large service businesses - field service platforms, enterprise scheduling systems, tools with hundreds of features nobody used. We learned two things. First, we understood the work: how a cleaner plans her day, how a pet sitter juggles visits, how a coach fills her week. Second, we saw what was wrong: every good tool was built for enterprises. Every tool built for small operators was a toy. So we started Calday. Everything we learned from the enterprise world - the reliability, the depth, the thinking - rebuilt for the person running the business from their phone.
